Why have you chosen to outsource the payroll work instead of keeping it in-house?
Salary is crucial, both for our employees and for us as a company. It's important that everything is accurate. There are many rules and laws to adhere to, and there are updates that need to be kept track of. That's why it's better for experts like Azets to handle it. Additionally, our employees are located throughout the Nordic region, and the rules vary between countries, making payroll work especially complex, says Corinne.
What does Azets help you with?
Azets assists us with the entire payroll management, from time reports, administration of travel expenses and leased cars to accounting orders, payment files, and reporting to authorities. They also provide general support in HR matters, which is reassuring since we don't have our own HR department.
How do you think it is working?
We think it's working really well, only positive! Our contact person at Azets is wonderful. We get quick responses, and she is very helpful and skilled. We have worked together for a long time, and over time, a personal relationship has developed. It also works well during vacation times because there is backup.
We will never bring the payroll in-house; there's no reason to do the payroll ourselves. You need experts like Azets to handle payroll, concludes Corinne.
